Grilamid TR® HT 200 is the world’s first transparent polyamide that can be steam sterilized several hundred times. The transparent high performance polyamide is BPA-free and can be easily processed using thermoplastic processing methods. It is an ideal solution for applications requiring excellent performance in chemical resistance and/or high cycling heat environments. Grilamid TR® HT 200 is eminently suitable for various application fields, typical examples include surgical instruments, respiratory & sleep therapy, labware & clinical diagnostics and drug delivery. Highly suitable for bonding to LSR.
Since 1975, when EMS-GRIVORY introduced its first transparent polyamide Grilamid TR® 55, they have continued to develop, innovate and constantly grow their product portfolio. Grilamid TR® HT 200 follows in that quality tradition and is the latest product in the Grilamid TR® family. It has been developed with regard to changing customer performance requirements, specifically designed to meet the requirements of the transparent medical market. Grilamid TR® HT 200 demonstrates equal to elevated performance, compared to the alternative amorphous thermoplastics, such as polycarbonate, polysulfone, polyethersulfone, and polyetherimide.
